Chief Executive Officer
The Board of The Trust has exclusively engaged an independent search firm to assist in the recruitment and selection process for the appointment of a permanent incumbent to the new, part-time, position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Equinox Learning Trust.

Our Central Team
A centralised support structure means teachers and leaders in our schools can focus on teaching and providing the best education for their pupils rather than worrying about things like invoices, contracts and recruitment. Thanks to economies of scale, our centralised team saves schools money and relieves some pressure on their staff, allowing them to focus on what they do best; providing a first-class education to our young people.
The central team includes Finance, HR, IT, Estates Management, Procurement, Governor Services and Data Management.

Teaching Apprenticeships
We offer a comprehensive apprenticeship programme for both existing and new staff. Apprenticeships are not just for school-leavers. Apprenticeship frameworks range from Level 2 to Masters level, so there is no limit to where you can learn. Menopause Support Group

Whilst expectant mothers and fathers (maternal or adoption) are entitled to maternity and parental leave as they move into the exciting chapter of parenthood, we also support the transference of leave between partners.
Pension Scheme
We offer our staff membership to the Local Government Pension Scheme or the Teachers' Pension Scheme, as appropriate. All employees are eligible for both Microsoft's Office 365 software, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
FREE IT Training Courses
We partner with ISTEK UK to provide our employees with a range of training courses designed specifically for school staff. Delivered over the internet, they can be attended 'live' or in a recorded format and take the trainee through the course step-by-step.
