As a Multi-Academy Trust, adherence to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Funding Agreement and the Academies Trust Handbook is crucial. These documents establish a clear framework that aligns with the Trust's roles as a company, charity, and publicly funded body. Effective financial governance and prudent fund management are mandated, with flexibility granted for day-to-day school improvement initiatives.
We have a Central Finance Team to offer optimal guidance and support to Trustees, the Executive Team, and Senior Teams in each school. Financial management is tailored to each school, aligned with the Trust's values to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
The Finance team boasts extensive experience across the public and commercial sectors, successfully leading financial management, pensions, payroll and insurance. Our staff hold various qualifications, reflecting their roles and responsibilities.
